Introduction

This Terms includes this introduction, the General Terms, Definitions, Services Terms, and incorporated documents and terms (“Agreement”) and forms a legal agreement between Abdul Rehman Muhammad Imran Anwar; and you or the entity you represent (“you” and “your”). This Agreement governs your use of the Services.

This Agreement is effective upon the date you first access or use the Services (“Effective Date”) and continues until you or Invisaid terminates it (this period, the “Term”). Capitalised terms used in this Agreement that are not defined inline are defined in the Definitions.

As referenced in Section 13 of the General Terms, any dispute between you and Invisaid must be resolved by arbitration. Please read the arbitration provision in this Agreement as it affects your rights under this Agreement.


Definitions

In this Policy, “Invisaid”, “we”, “our,” or “us” refers to Abdul Rehman Muhammad Imran Anwar, the entity responsible for the collection, use and handling of Personal Data as described in this document.

“Personal Data” refers to any information associated with an identified or identifiable individual, which can include data that you provide to us, and that we collect about you during your interaction with our Services (such as device information or an IP address).


1. Information collected

Abdul Rehman Muhammad Imran Anwar uses your personal information to provide Invisaid, to improve Invisaid, to provide support, to contact you, to provide analysis or valuable information, to monitor the usage of Invisaid, to detect, prevent and address technical issues and to provide you with news and general information about Invisaid.

1.1 NHS Care Identity Authentication (CIA)

Please note that if you access our service using your NHS Care Identity credentials, the identity access and management services are managed by NHS England. NHS England is the controller for any personal information you provided to NHS England to get a national digital identity and authenticate your claim to that identity, and uses that personal information solely for that single purpose. For any personal information, our role is a “processor” only and we must act under the instructions provided by NHS England (as the “controller”) when verifying your identity. This restriction does not apply to the personal information you provide to us separately which is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

1.2 Financial information

We use Stripe as our payment processor. Stripe collects certain personal information from you including your credit or debit card number and other payment information. Please refer to Stripe’s Privacy Policy for more information on how they handle your personal data.
